Affiliate & Sponsorship Disclosure
Making simracing content full-time on the JACKZER channel is only possible through collaborations and sponsorships. This page explains those relationships plainly. It applies to everything I publish: YouTube, live streams, this website, Discord, and my social media.

How the channel is funded
YouTube advertising revenue
Brand ambassadorship and sponsorship, principally from my title sponsor
Affiliate commissions and discount codes
Referral programmes, e.g. iRacing
Twitch revenue, when live streaming
Direct viewer support, Patreon, tips and gratuities
My title sponsor
I am a paid brand ambassador for SIMAGIC, with monthly compensation - a close, ongoing commercial relationship. Wherever my content features a partner's products in a sponsored capacity, I say so clearly, including a verbal disclosure in the video itself. I only work with companies I believe in, and that applies to every partnership on the channel.
Reviews and bias
JACKZER is an entertainment, tutorials and guides channel. I am firmly not a hardware reviewer; a title like that takes years of hard work and dedication.
My title sponsor is a hardware manufacturer, which gives me an inherent bias, and I won't pretend otherwise.
Any review-style videos on my channel are overviews, show-and-tell walkarounds with my raw thoughts, clearly framed as such, never comparative reviews. It's why you'll often see me recommend my favourite review channels: if you're looking seriously at a product, the best way to do it is to go check out all of those people, then form your own thoughts.
Affiliate links, codes and gear
My descriptions contain affiliate links and discount codes from channel partners. Purchases through them earn the channel a small commission at no extra cost to you. I also at times receive hardware or software from partners; whenever that applies, you'll be told in the video. I try my absolute best to not let any of this influence my opinion of any company.
Every active code and partner deal is listed openly on the discounts page.
How you'll know
Sponsored content is always labelled in the content itself, with one or more of the following:
A verbal disclosure
Spoken clearly within the video itself.
YouTube's “Includes paid promotion” tag
Shown on the video whenever it applies.
A written note in the video description
Setting out the relationship in plain text.
This page gives the full picture; it doesn't replace those labels.
My active channel partners are listed in the partners section at the bottom of this website.
If anything is still unclear, my inbox is always open, for ideas or for clarity on any of the above: jack@jackzer.com.
