Sim Motion GmbH, a simracing and flight sim hardware shop in Berlin with a physical store on Lietzenburger Strasse. SIMAGIC and Moza lead the shelves, with Asetek, Heusinkveld, Simucube, Ascher, VRS, Conspit and motion systems beside them. German support, a two year warranty, and shipping across the EU from Germany. They're the EU store I point European viewers to, the way Simshop are the US one.

Germany and the rest of the EU, by DHL, from Germany. Prices include 19% German VAT, so there's nothing to add at the door inside the EU. Shipping within Germany is free over €300, except rigs and motion systems. Outside the EU, use Race Anywhere for the UK and Ireland or simagic.com direct, which ship worldwide on the same code.

Yes, eu.sim-motion.com is a German-language shop. The browser's translate button turns it into English in one click, the checkout is the usual Shopify-style flow, and PayPal and card both work. The code box is labelled Gutschein or Gutscheincode.

Sim-Motion are the EU store I point European viewers to: priced in euro with the VAT in, shipped from inside the EU, and code JACKZER takes 5% off. Race Anywhere ship across the EU from the UK with the same code at 5%, and simagic.com direct is 3% off and stacks on any sale. Build the same cart at two of them, enter the code at both, and let the total with shipping decide.

Ireland is in the EU, so Sim-Motion ship there in euro with nothing to add at the door. Race Anywhere are the SIMAGIC distributor for Ireland and the UK, the route I've used myself, with the same code at 5%. Build the same cart at both and let the total with shipping decide.

The code goes in at checkout against the price you see, and Sim-Motion mark their own reductions against the manufacturer's recommended price. Put the cart together, enter JACKZER, and the total tells you straight away. If it ever refuses a sale item, message me on Discord and I'll find out why.

They're read from eu.sim-motion.com every hour, the same product pages you land on when you click through, and the page says when they were last checked. The price after the code is that price with 5% off. Prices move, so check the total at checkout before you pay.

No. Sim-Motion also run a US shop at simmotion.com. The code on this page is for the EU store at eu.sim-motion.com, and every link here goes there. If you're in the USA, Simshop are the store I point American viewers to, with code JACKZER for 3% off.

Two years, handled from Germany with German-language support, which is the standard the EU sets. Their service pages have the full wording, and it's worth a read before a big order.

No. You save 5%, and the channel earns a small commission on the sale. That's the whole arrangement.

Check it's typed in capitals with no spaces, and that you're checking out on eu.sim-motion.com rather than the US shop. If it still won't take, message me on Discord and I'll look into it.
